Workshop Reservation
Deposits, payments, and cancellations

Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Either full payment or a 50% deposit is required to reserve a space. Payments
can be safely and securely made with your credit card through PayPal
(you do not need a PayPal account to use this method!) or a check can be
mailed to: Branson Reynolds, POB 3471, Durango, CO 81302. Full payment is
requested at least 30 days before the beginning of a trip. However, if a trip
is not full, you are welcome to sign up anytime prior to the beginning of the
trip. If a trip is full or cancelled, your deposit will be returned in
full. If you must withdraw more than 60 days before a trip, your deposit will be
completely refunded . If you withdraw within 30 days of a trip, your deposit
will be refunded only if the vacated place can be filled, however, the deposit
can be applied towards any future trips.
Waiver of Liability: You will be asked
to sign this form at the beginning of the trip.
Your application shall be considered as a release of liability
and a complete assumption of risks by you and your heirs,
administrator, executors, successors, and assigns of all members of
your family and any persons accompanying you. Your application
signifies that you are voluntarily releasing Branson Reynolds from
any and all liability, actions, causes of action, claims, debts, and
demands of every kind whatsoever that you now have or that may arise
in connection with your participation in any activities arranged by
them including, without limitation, all liability, actions, causes
of action, claims, debts, and demands related to the negligence of
said persons. It is always a good idea for workshop participants to
have sufficient travel insurance to cover any unforeseen problems.
