Workshop Registration Form

ACCOMMODATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION
Transportation to and from the workshop, meals during the workshop, and any other miscellaneous expenses, are the participant's responsibilities. I will arrange for lodging during the workshop, from the Sunday night before the workshop begins through the evening of the final day of the workshop. Lodging is based on two people sharing a room. At times, the participant may be asked to take a private room and pay the additional cost. Private rooms can be arranged with sufficient notice, with the difference in cost being the responsibility of the participant. A customized van for transportation during the week will be provided, but you are welcome to use your own vehicle. Upon registering for a workshop, you will be sent a detailed itinerary, lodging information, clothing suggestions, and suggestions regarding photographic equipment, etc. All workshops begin on Monday, but I would like for everyone to arrive by Sunday afternoon so we can get together that evening for a slide show, and to get aquainted.

REGISTRATION, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
To register for any workshop, return the accompanying form with your signature and a non-refundable deposit of $200. The remaining cost of the workshop is due 30 days prior to the start of the workshop. A full refund minus the deposit will be given if written notice of cancellation is given 30 days prior to the beginning of a workshop. Cancellations can not be accepted less than 30 days prior to the beginning of the workshop. Branson Reynolds Photographic Workshops reserves the right to reject any person as a tour participant, to make changes in the itinerary whenever necessary, and to cancel any workshop at any time. If at any time factors beyond my control require the cancellation of a workshop, Branson Reynolds Photographic Workshops will have no liability beyond the refund of all monies paid by the participant, which will be considered to constitute full and final settlement, and Branson Reynolds Photographic Workshops will not be held liable for any additional expenses incurred by the client.

INSURANCE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
My goal is to keep the workshop size small, which is to everyone's benefit. Because of the skyrocketing cost of liability insurance, I can only do this by asking you to take full responsibility for your insurance needs, and to sign a waiver releasing me of all liability.

The undersigned acknowledges that Branson Reynolds Photography neither insures workshop participants nor provides insurance covering any injury, health care problem, or other need during the workshop. Insurance is the sole responsibility of the participant. Branson Reynolds Photography, its principals, employees, agents, heirs and assignees, shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with participation in any workshop, including, without limitation, injury to person or property, or consequential or incidental damages, whether caused by acts, errors or omissions of instructors or staff, tour guides, outfitters or other providers associated with the workshop.
